We’ve been eating Keto for about a month now, and overall it has not been terrible (unile many other diets and fads I’ve tried).
But the number 1 thing that I’ve missed is my SNACKS! I love a good snack: whether it’s over the course of the day (instead of stopping for a meal, hello Mom life) or if it’s at the end of the day (ya know, if I finally get some peace and quiet to maybe catch up on the latest episode of The Handmaid’s Tale). Snacks are life.
And my number 1 snack is CheezeIts.
No matter how many times Ive broiled Sargento cheese in the oven, or created some almond flour creation, it’s just not been the same.
And our local grocery store had an abominable selection of healthy snacks. All kinds of “healthy” foods, but full of sugar and carbs… not Keto friendly.
After some searching I checked out a site called Thrive Market. They have EVERYTHING you could imagine, and at AMAZING prices… like a third of what my grocery dtore is charging. But the BEST part, is that you can shop by diet!!!
Keto, paleo, whole 30, gluten free, you name it- there’s a tab for it… and HUNDREDS of products! Not just a few here and there, so many you dont even know where to start!
So naturally, as you can see, I went a little buckwild haha.
Il’ll give a full review of my selections soon enough, but overall I wanted to get my initial thoughts out there in case you were lioking to fill your late night Netflix cravings.
It was easy to fine d things, and to shop. Make sure to put in your email, and the wait a day or teo. I filled up my cart and after a few days I had some better offers in my email.
Shipping was free over $49, and that was probably the worst part. It didnt come when it was expected, but then came early feom the new expected date- so it may just show up whenever.
But overall, I cant complain!

I wont give official health information, since different ingredients vary. I suggest using a fitness tracker like My Fitness Pal to track the actual carbs per serving to fit your Keto diet. But ours was around 4 net carbs per serving, making it a great alternative to pasta!
