I didn’t know it existed.

But no doubt— meticulously curated by my grandmother.

A collection of gadgets, gizmos, and thingamabobs my 5 year old self deemed important.
— “here save this drink stirer.” — “I NEED this shoe shine cloth.” — “I wish I could take this pillow chocolate home.”

And then there’s the mickey balloon. My very first one. Carefully deflated and folded in. 🖤

True healing comes when mind and body align.

As a type A person- finding inner peace feels like an impossible feat. A checkbox that must… get… checked…. 😖

But the reality is,

Inner peace is a journey.

Sounds cliché, but think about it . . .

Our lives move in seasons.
Some better than others.
But because one rolls into the other,
We can’t actually arrive at “our best selves.”

Because as soon as we’ve arrived to that station,
You’re on your way to the next.

Refusal to improve your life,
In any capacity,
Is stagnation.
The antithesis of growth.

Keep going darling.
Today may be a rough season,

TL;DR ➡️ I’ve been feeling awful since January, my MS specialist didn’t feel like it was MS.

🐇 Went down all the rabbit holes to little avail (ya know, us spoonies find minor annoyances along the way lol 😅)

6️⃣ month MS checkup, still feeling terrible. Still no MRI. But “let’s schedule a fall one for these new symptoms you’re having.”

😳 ACCASCUSE ME ‼️⁉️

You told me I wasnt having new symptoms all. year. long.

Soooooo, off to find a new Dr I go!
🤞🏼Wish me luck- that it’s a good fit.

And please give me all your tips,
And favorite questions to ask new doctors!! 🙏🏻

I’ve never done this before, so I’m a tad nervous haha
